Welcome to Bay State Perennial Farm where you will find the newest perennials as well as all the proven classics. We specialize in serving gardeners from western Massachusetts and beyond with a wide variety of perennials as well as a great selection of hostas, select trees and shrubs, and woodland plants. 

We are now closed for the season and will reopen in April of 2010.

       Our on line catalogue has been updated for 2010 and is current as of 2/14/10. Please bear in mind that our web site is constantly undergoing changes, with new plants being added as they become available and others being deleted as they fail to be available for one reason or another. Exciting new varieties in every plant category keep flowing into the trade. All have the irresistible appeal of the “new and improved” and, since we can’t have all of them, the hard part is deciding which ones to carry and which ones to give a pass.  As new and wonderful selections continue to appear, we’re doing our best to make them available while, at the same time, making sure to offer the widest possible collection of those much-loved, time-tested standards that will never go out of favor.

       Gift certificates are always available either over the phone with a credit card or through the mail with a check

       Our Bay State Perennial E-Bulletin is available to everyone, but you need to sign up to receive it. Click on the “Mailing List” button at the top of the navigation bar on the left for more information as well as for quick and easy sign up instructions.  I’m not expecting to send out any additional e-bulletins until we reopen next year, so there’s plenty of time to sign up.
